Want to try your chance to work remotely for Apple?
I can say I’ve been around ‘looking for’ and then ‘curating’ remote jobs for quite a while. But it is only now that it has come to my attention that Apple started to offer jobs that can be done remotely.
That is quite good news especially since there are options for both full time and part time openings.
But what set of skills do you need to compete for a job among the company?
- you are a problem solver;
- you are good, actually amazing with customers;
- you can install, maintain and troubleshoot your own software;
- you can analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
And last, but not least, the job announcements for ‘At Home Advisor’ specify “Because you’ll work independently from home, you’ll need the discipline and ability to work remotely from coworkers and management. If this sounds like you, you could be the next At Home Advisor.”
Some key qualifications specification: you need to have your own private and quiet work space with a desk and a chair; a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm (you can test your speed here); complete with success your first training; own high speed internet service (test your internet speed here); proven technical expertise and customer support skills.
Some of our curated jobs descriptions also mention that “this position comes with competitive pay, great benefits, participation in our company stock plan, time off, an employee discount, and dedicated resources to support your ongoing growth and development.”
Then again, us seekers (I used to be one until 2 years ago) would give a lot to have a chance like this from the comfort of our homes, wherever world wide we are since we would not otherwise have access to such opportunities.
All these being said, feel free to check our fresh ‘Apple’ remote job announcements from our ‘Companies’ category.
Good luck in finding your dream remote job!
